On the very day that the old riverside tea rooms and boathouse were being demolished, a new venture was being launched just a few yards away on the High Street. Lewis's of Farndon Coffee Shop opened on 14 July 2016 and has proved to be an instant hit with locals already and will soon begin to draw in customers from further afield. Mike Royden spent a relaxing morning in Lewis's and spoke to owner Alison Roberts. |
